Guiding and motivating team members, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and adhere to company policies Assisting with hiring, training, and performance evaluations, scheduling work hours, and addressing employee concerns Providing excellent service to customers, handling complaints, and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Assisting with daily tasks, such as inventory management, budget monitoring, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment Facilitating communication between team members and senior management, and collaborating with other departments Assist in developing and implementing the group marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Fast learner and quick to adapt Easily trainable and adaptable Has a sharp understanding and a positive learning attitude Quick thinker with the ability to learn on the go Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and sales Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and a creative mindset Proven experience in a similar role and in staff management, training, and performance evaluation. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, along with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office).
