Reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our compliance department and its\' growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full sets of management accounts and financial statements (including consolidation of accounts) for clients and ensure timely submission of accounts.
  • Assist in setup of accounting system for new clients.
  • Prepare various reports to fulfil clients\' business objective.
  • Assist in treasury & payment administration for clients.
  • Provide support in treasury management (cash flow projections and monitoring).
  • Liaise with stakeholders, auditors, tax agents, and government authorities when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including accounting standards, direct and indirect tax compliance.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc assignments required by the manager from time to time.
Key Requirements:
  • Knowledge on some accounting software is an advantage such as UBS, ACCPAC and SAP software.
  • At least three to five years working experience in managing full set accounts.
  • Must possess a Diploma, Degree or currently pursuing professional studies in accounting/financial or its equivalent.
  • Pleasant personality
  • Must possess management, good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
  • Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
