As the Channel Owner for our web, app and kiosk, you are entrusted with sculpting our digital presence into a beacon of innovation and customer loyalty. Your mission is to orchestrate a seamless and enchanting user journey, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement, and staying at the forefront of technological innovation to propel these channels to new heights of success Develop and execute channel strategies for web, app and kiosk, targeting specific audiences and staying updated on industry trends. Manage content creation, curation, and user experience optimization to ensure engaging and consistent branding. Monitor channel performance, analyze data, and implement improvements using A/B testing and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) / App Store Optimisation (ASO) techniques. Drive user acquisition through campaigns and enhance user retention strategies, including personalised marketing efforts. Collaborate with various teams, communicate insights, and ensure compliance with regulations and security standards. Your New Role Develop and execute visionary strategies aimed at positioning our app as a beacon of innovation and industry leadership, fostering enduring user loyalty while remaining adaptable to evolving trends. Who can join Us Diploma / Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject area with area More than 5 years in strategic online marketing and/or e-commerce business (managing web / app). Strong understanding of web and app development technologies. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Swift, Python). Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and app development frameworks. Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools. Understanding of usability principles and user testing methodologies. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Analytics skills to track and measure marketing campaign performance. Ability to A/B test, analyse and interpret analytics / user behavior data to make informed decisions.
