Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:



Preparation and Review of tax computation and Income Tax Return Forms. Managing all tax functions including tax planning, identifying tax incentives and providing advice to clients. To ensure that all taxation work for our clients is in compliance with the Management and the regulatory requirements. Responding and attending to all technical and customer tax queries. Problem solving for the staffs and department, on issues like double tax deduction, transfer pricing, etc. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:



Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, ACCA or equivalent and with Practising Tax License preferred. Good knowledge of Income Tax Act and experience in international taxation. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with tax provision software (e.g., BrassTax).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
