We are looking for a dynamic and responsible

Assistant Manager

to support the daily operations of our Proton showroom and service centre. The ideal candidate will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing sales, service, and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management



Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the sales and service departments. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, service, parts, and administration teams. Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and job scheduling. Ensure compliance with Proton's policies, procedures, and standards.

2. Sales & Marketing



Support sales team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. Review and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events. Maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.

3. Customer Experience



Handle customer feedback, complaints, and aftersales follow-up professionally. Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints (sales, service, delivery). Work closely with the Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).

4. Financial & Administrative Support



Assist in monitoring financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Support in preparing reports, budgets, and monthly summaries for management review. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

5. Team Leadership & Development



Supervise and motivate staff to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Support staff training and development programs. Foster a positive, disciplined, and efficient work environment.

Requirements:



Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of SAP / DMS systems is an added advantage. Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with administrative reporting. Possess a valid driving license.
