Job Description

• Specialize in the leasing of residential and commercial units.
• Assist in formulate, develop and implement marketing and leasing plans and strategies.
• Entice, negotiate and conclude tenancies and rental negotiations with prospective tenants.
• Ensure excellent relationships are maintained with tenants and continuously source for prospective tenants.
• Manage the administrative and legal aspects of tenancy\xe2\x80\x99s terms and conditions.
• Undertake market research and feasibility studies and be updated on the latest news of market/ economic trends and other relevant market information.
• Ensure any feedback and complaints from tenants are attended to satisfactorily and actions to resolve the issues are taken promptly with Management\xe2\x80\x99s approval.
• Able to meet and fight for leasing department KPI with the team at all time.
• Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposit collection, fit-out, operations and insurance as well as monitor and analyze tenants\xe2\x80\x99 sales and overall performance.
• To develop and maintain professional standards within the Leasing team and to maintain the integrity of Leasing systems and reports.
• To prepare rental budgets and cash flows.
• Cultivate good relations and strong network with real estate consultants, tenants, and our partners/ vendors /agents.
• Provide inputs in tenants engagement programs & commercial marketing collaterals/ tools.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Perfer chinese speaking candidates. Job Types: Full-time, Contract
