EPS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Assistant General Manager - Leasing & Marketing on behalf of our esteemed client. In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of mall properties, driving leasing activities, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the General Manager, Leasing & Marketing, to ensure the smooth functioning of our client\'s malls, maintain strong tenant relationships, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Pre-opening planning and team setup for new mall developments

\xc2\xb7 Maximizing profit and efficiency of leasing operations

\xc2\xb7 Managing all aspects of mall management including leasing, tenant relations, financial management, and operational functions

\xc2\xb7 Developing and executing leasing plans to attract new tenants and maximize income

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining tenant relationships and understanding their expansion needs

\xc2\xb7 Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase footfall and revenue

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations

\xc2\xb7 Overseeing maintenance schedules and quality control

\xc2\xb7 Resolving tenant complaints and demands promptly and professionally

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management, Property Management, or relevant field

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10-12 years of experience in retail asset management with a strong focus on leasing

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record in mall management and leasing

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership abilities and business acumen

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
