We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the Ticketek Malaysia team. Reporting to the General Manager Ticketek Malaysia, the Assistant General Manager (AGM) will be responsible for client servicing, business development and operations. Leading a team of client and customer services, the AGM will have to develop and manage all aspects of client relationships and represent Ticketek Malaysia and TEG for the Malaysia market. About Ticketek Malaysia Ticketek Malaysia is one of the pioneering ticketing companies in Malaysia and has gained recognition as one of the leading and reliable ticketing agents in Malaysia. The organisation has ticketed major events like Guns N Roses, Disney On Ice, the XXI Sea Games 2001, Big Bang & Rock Legends Concert - Uriah Heep & Headwind, just to name a few. Ticketek Malaysia also handles ticketing for local and international arts and theatre productions, such as CATS, Fame, Chang & Eng - The Musical, Madame Butterfly Opera and Thousand Arms Thousand Eyes, among many others. About the Role Act as a strong leader, coach and mentor for the Client Services Team overall, leading by example and demonstrating proven leadership capabilities. Ensure processes for Advance Funds Approval (AFA) requests and Document Execution form (DEF) are followed in line with TEG requirements. Ensure clear understanding and articulation of Service Level Agreements (SLA\'s) with clients to ensure expectations are met but do not over-service, with consequences on cost, accuracy, staff stress (eg. builds arriving late or event day labour exceeding demand). Working with the Ticketek Malaysia team: Maintain client contact plans for clients Maintain and enhance business-to-business relationships with existing clients. Advise the Leadership Forum on further client plans and developments within the industry. Work in conjunction with the General Manager on existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. In conjunction with Ticketek Malaysia Finance, forecast monthly volume and revenue expectations. Manage and monitor event day and variable labour costs to budget. Maintain knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures and Working with the local Ticketek Malaysia Team: Maintain client contact plans for clients Maintain and enhance business-to-business relationships with existing clients. Keep abreast of relevant domestic and international developments, as they relate to: Live Entertainment Ticketing and related services Competitors TEG Also, you will be responsible for: Understand and deliver to contractual requirements as agreed with venues, promoters and paying customers. Assist TEG Asia Touring with planning, budgeting and liaising with venue/vendors. Assist MD TEG Asia with intelligence gathering on Malaysia market. Event delivery and execution of TEG Asia touring content.
