Our client has notable investments and management of various flagship properties in an array of top-notch commercial real estate leasing spaces with a variety of build, size and layout that cater to business needs. They are currently looking for the right candidate to fill the following position.

SENIOR MANAGER, LEASING & MARKETING (Based in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to increase occupancy through renewals and new tenancies based on the revamped leasing and tenancy program will gain traction both internally with the Board and externally with Agents.
• Foster and sustain effective client satisfaction, winning confidence for our credibility as a Landlord and capability as Operator.
• Establish and maintain excellent tenant relationship to promote occupancy and tenant retention, i.e. attending to potential and existing tenant inquiries, requests and complaints with a view to rectify / resolve issues for services improvement.
• Review rental rates, terms and incentive package to remain current and competitive.
• Develop client retention program to reduce churn.
• Responsible all available space is leased in a timely and effective manner.
• Responsible to maximum occupancy of the lettable space of the property, initiating of office and retails tenants
• Explore long-term partnerships with real estate agents for better synergies.
• Negotiate and budget the terms and conditions of the lease and develop a lease summary and define an annual operating budget.
• Manage leasing process from identifying prospective tenants and security tenancy to finalization of tenancy documentation

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Studies, Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leasing, sales, and marketing of Office, Retail, and Residential properties.
• Strong relationship management skills and commercial acumen.
• Marketing and Sales oriented with good leadership and communication skills
• Work independently within a fast-paced, results/solutions-driven environment and team collaboration during different phases of the role

Salary up to RM15,000 to commensurate with experience. This position reports to the General Manager
