Job Description
- Minimum of 3 years for Supervisor / 5 years for Assistant Manager working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company.
- Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written)
- Posses exceptional PR skills
- Customer oriented, High spirit with a fun and loving attitude.
- Have a sense of ownership and responsibility towards the outlet and company as a whole.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision from top management.
- Energetic and fast moving
- Computer literate and able to handle basic ordering / purchasing and cash handling policy.
- Able to send daily reports, and catering invoice tracking.
- To operate and monitor entire kitchen and restaurant management
- To manage and achieve the company\'s objectives.
- Oversee daily production and staffing, report to the Top Management.
- Assist on monthly stock count and report to the Top Management.
- Overseeing daily cash flow as per SOP and report to the Top Management.
- Demonstrates and help maintain high levels of services.
