As Neutrovis continues to expand regionally focusing on high-quality FMCG products and solutions to provide superior protection for every ASEAN household and beyond, we are now looking for trade marketeers as the company aspires to expand into SEA market & would want to strengthen trade execution and strategies. Day to day revolves around: To develop trade strategies and promotion plans to drive channel (Modern Trade/ General Trade) growth in terms of SEA market share, visibility and increase range selling. To manage and develop channels (Modern Trade/ General Trade) to achieve sales, merchandizing and SEA market share objectives. Work with Sales & Marketing team to translate trade marketing strategy into actionable sales plan to achieve targets. Develop merchandizing and POS materials (in coordination with Marketing) to support excellence in retail presence and best in class visibility. Optimize brand investment opportunities through return-on-investment analysis and successful management of trade marketing budget. Work closely with Marketing & Sales Department to develop effective trade promotions and cascade the promotions with clear communication to the specific channel. Regionally related tasks that are assigned specifically to cater different brands/products of Neutrovis Prepare sales reports and report projected sales forecast. Track and highlight unusual increase/decrease in customer demand. Any additional tasks that is relevant to the role & would require to liaise closely with country commercial team & appointed SEA distributors Criteria: Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant trade marketing, sales, category management experience in the FMCG industry (Assistant Manager / Manager position titles will awarded based on experience & interview outcome) Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Demonstrable experience with developing POSMs and instore touchpoints Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Several positions are available due to business expansion for 2024 & new product categories\' launch Demonstrate fluency in English, BM & any other Asian languages/dialects such as Mandarin, Thai, Vietnam etc would be an added advantage Position is based in Neutrovis HQ, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
