One&Only Desaru Coast is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing to join our team based in Desaru, Johor. The position is only for Malaysian nationality or Permanent resident.

• Planning and implementation of all One&Only Desaru Coast online, offline, alliance, partnership, public relations and promotional marketing strategies to drive increased occupancy and revenue, create awareness, develop, and retain customer loyalty and enhance One&Only Desaru Coast\'s market position.
• Development of public relations and marketing briefs for external agencies and managing day to day agency relationships to effectively execute marketing strategy.
• Support Sales team with content requirements for approved co-operative trade marketing initiativesensuring all are on brand.
• Develop strong understanding of brand guidelines and best practice across all brand touch points and Ensuring implementation across all communication channels to meet brand standards.
• Execution of an integrated B2C and B2B marketing communication strategy across all online and offline marketing channels.
• Working with O&O corporate team, implement an integrated Digital Marketing, e-Commerce and Social Media strategy, to increase. consumer-direct bookings/revenue.
• Maintain the One&Only Desaru Coast online blog ensuring engaging content that is in-line with One&Only Desaru Coast communication. strategy taking input from Corporate Marketing Communications. Maintain the media gallery with up-to- date imagery and press releases.
• Develop accurate, consistent, engaging and sophisticated media-rich content for broadcast across allsocial media platforms. Utilize In Design and Photoshop skills to deliver simple promotional items required by Sales and the resort team. based on pre-approved templates e.g. flyers, event posters

About You:

• Minimum 5 years\' marketing related experience
• Minimum of undergraduate education
• Strong leadership and Interpersonal skills
• Management reporting skills

• Strong Communication Skills (written, verbal and formal presentation style)
• Strong Microsoft Office
• Speaks English Fluently
