Job Description


Our Client is an internationally accredited, multi-disciplinary and tertiary care private hospital located in the Klang Valley Region. It was recognised in 2021 for its excellence as imperatives in the digital health industry. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to hire a dedicated, and experienced Assistant Manager, Corporate Marketing to be part of their team.Responsibilities:

  • Identify new market potentials and ensure the continuing development of marketing initiatives and services programs, designed for corporate and other institutional clients.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet targeted increases in the numbers of and utilization by corporate and credit clients.
  • Build close rapport with existing corporate clients and partners.
  • Initiate corporate client engagement activities, establishing positive relationship and collaboration.
  • Liaise and maintain working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing the hospitals communication contents and channels both internal and external.
  • Create, manage and update marketing collaterals from time to time, ensuring public and relevant parties are well informed of the hospitals services facilities, initiatives, promotions and internal operations.
  • Contribute to events planning, coordination, and execution however the primary focus is to prioritize corporate clients enquiries.
  • Support initiatives based on marketing, communications and media strategies defined and determined at Group Level.
  • Collaborate with the hospital marketing team and other stakeholders in the implementation of corporate marketing initiatives and activities for the hospital to meet operational and financial KPIs and targets.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate
superior and/or Head of Department.Key Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma, Bachelors Degree or professional qualification in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years work experience, preferably within a marketing environment. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to execute efficiently & effectively and adapt rapidly to shifting priorities and new marketplace dynamics.
  • Possess excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoing, Excel, Word).
  • Team player with strong negotiation skills & accountability.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and most importantly customer-focused.
  • Strong interpersonal & analytical skills and able to work independently.
Remunerations & Benefits:
  • Basic Salary: RM5,000 to RM7,000
  • Those with direct industry experience with higher salary bracket will be considered
