Responsibilities: Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the schools and drive qualified traffic to the schools. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels to improve marketing awareness. Organize relevant marketing events to facilitate student recruitment activities. Oversee, approve, and quality control in valuable and engaging content for all online and offline marketing collaterals that attracts and converts the target market. Oversea and manage school\'s website, social media, and other digital platforms. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. Control of the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely with proper documentation adhere to the school policies. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly. Responsible in all international students\' recruitment from generating enquiries from various market to a complete sign up adhere to the school policies. Responsible in developing and nurturing new international market for student recruitment purpose. To acquire relevant support from the schools to ensure successful implementation of all campaigns and strategies. To assist admission team on requirement basis. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years\' experience in marketing. Must have a flair for writing contents for website and social media. Able to work independently and liaise with relevant marketing agencies for changes. Able to look at the big picture of marketing and provide ideas or strategic inputs to increase genuine leads. Must have a 360 experience in digital marketing covering WordPress. Must be able to assist with the admissions team during event to convert prospects.
