We are looking for a goal-driven E-Commerce Assistant Manager who has experience in Lazada and Shopee platforms in Malaysia and Singapore. Store Management: Optimizing Product Listings: Ensure products are well-presented, with high-quality images, accurate descriptions, and relevant keywords to improve search visibility. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor product availability, and implement strategies to reduce stockouts or overstock situations. Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive pricing strategies based on market research and competitor analysis. Customer Loyalty Programs: Implement loyalty programs to retain existing customers and encourage repeat purchases. Performance Analysis: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define and track KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and average order value to measure the success of marketing efforts. Customer Service: Review Management: Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image. Optimization and Innovation: User Experience (UX): Continuously enhance the user experience on the storefront, making it easy for customers to navigate, find products, and complete purchases. Forecasting: Project rolling 12 months sales based on marketing activities to ensure stock sufficiency for growth. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is required. You should have a minimum 3 years of working experience in eCommerce field and prior experience in a similar role. You must possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks. A self-starter mentality is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment. A high level of attention to detail is required, including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. You should be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, thrive in matrix environments and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
