Requirements

• Good experience in handling various E-Commerce marketplaces\' stores. With proven track record on sales achievement will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in teams at all times.
• Eager to work harder, earn more money.
• Fluent written & verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Have experience or worked before in consumer electronics will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

For E-Commerce Assistant position:

• Fulfil orders from Lazada, Shopee, and other E-commerce platforms.
• Upload product listings to Ecommerce platforms.
• Reply enquiries/chats on Ecommerce platforms to ensure customer satisfaction.

For E-Commerce Executive Sales position:

• Manage Marketplaces\' stores, such as Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Good knowledge with Marketplaces\' regulations, to keep store account healthy.
• Perform store promotions, marketing, to boost sales, and achieve sales target.
• Perform analysis in market trends, consumer behavior, competitor information, to develop and source new products for online store.
• Perform product listing and launching, create shipping label, reply enquiries/chats to ensure customer satisfaction.
