Responsible for the development of Komune Living & Wellness\'s marketing and communications strategies that increases Brand, Visibility, Awareness and Influence with key stakeholders, attaining budgeted lead generation and meeting engagement targets across digital marketing platforms. Responsibilities Financial (Revenue Generation / Measurable Results) 1. Primary responsibility of the marketing efforts to support revenue generation, brand Engagement for the hotel. This includes the creation and implementation on a targeted outreach marketing strategies and budget plan to achieving measurable goals related to the target market mix, brand status, direct sales, advertising, social media, and brand marketing efforts. 2. The position is accountable for the implementation of Brand packages and practices, and the successful execution of special events and promotional programs at the hotel. 3. Manage and update all social media platforms and hotel website (special offers page, advertising, website content via deployment of e-commerce strategies, event marketing, email marketing) and prepare all marketing communications for the hotel, Leisure and Recreation facilities and outlets . This includes all creating and managing all collateral assets (hotel print and electronic materials), regulate their distribution and maintaining all brand communication guidelines and standards and acting as the voice of the brand. 4. Execute and monitor online advertising campaigns for optimal results. 5. Maintain reputation management through creative social media and online review site campaigns. Report on marketing successes, opportunities, and strategies to all levels. Complete detailed competitive analysis for Senior Living, Wellness and Co-Living brand hospitality. 6. Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on. 7. Coordinate and oversee promotional activities that support the needs of the hotel and outlets with a focus on improved revenue performance . This can include photo shoots, conducting site tours and other specific events. 8. Responsible for marketing budget. Compiles and submits monthly marketing & expenditure report to Director of Marketing, UOAH as required . Non Financial (Duties & Responsibilities) 1. Assists the Director of Marketing, UOAH in the development of Public Relations and Promotion plans and in budget preparation. 2. Help to manage marketing automation and regular communication with prospective residents. Maintain a clear understanding of hotel\'s business strategies and set goals and policies to ensure compliance. 4. Supports and participates in the resident-centred activity programs. Other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing, UOAH. 50% Outreach & Partnerships (Wellness & Senior Living Product) 1. Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. This includes outreach to medical, hospital discharge planners, insurance, legal and financial professionals, senior organizations, long term care facilities, community organizations, other community contacts, civic associations, target neighbourhoods and other referral agencies. 2. Plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns. Report quantitatively on marketing results. Other duties as requested by Director of Marketing, UOAH .
