Marketing



Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives. Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Help create engaging content for social media, newsletters and other marketing channels. Maintain the company's online presence by updating the website and social media profiles. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Gather and analyze data to provide insights for strategic planning. Assist in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, and product launches. Coordinate logistics, manage event schedules, and ensure a smooth execution.

Customer Service



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and social media promptly and professionally. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to higher management when necessary. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction based on feedback and survey results. Coordinate with the service team to schedule maintenance and repairs of vending massage chairs. Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to maintain customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Develop loyalty programs and other initiatives to reward loyal customers.

Job Requirement:



Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a related role. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve goals effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across various audiences. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and support, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to customer needs. Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.30pm)



Working Location: Bandar Sri Damansara (on-site)
