Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a related role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve goals effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across various audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and support, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to customer needs.

Responsibilities
Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Help create engaging content for social media, newsletters and other marketing channels.
• Maintain the company's online presence by updating the website and social media profiles.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Gather and analyze data to provide insights for strategic planning.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Coordinate logistics, manage event schedules, and ensure a smooth execution.

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and social media promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to higher management when necessary.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction based on feedback and survey results.
• Coordinate with the service team to schedule maintenance and repairs of vending massage chairs.
• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Develop loyalty programs and other initiatives to reward loyal customers.
