Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing or advertising position.
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with the website, e-commerce, social media, FB Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns, chat and SEO/SEM
• Working knowledge of web tools (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, FAM, Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent written and communication skills in English & Mandarin

• Work with HOD to plan, execute, manage and monitor the company\'s website and e-commerce
• Work with HOD to plan, execute, manage and monitor the company\'s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Work with HOD to launch online ads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Media, KOL etc. to increase online sales, customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Work with HOD to launch online and offline marketing programmes
• Maintain strict control on user access to company digital assets to prevent unauthorized usage.
• Collaborate with professionals, marketers and designers to prepare content, images and copy to attract targeted audiences
• Deliver the monthly KPI according to annual budget and goals
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web tools (Social Media, FAM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to accomplish the tasks assigned
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
