  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

  • Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
Tanggungjawab

PRODUCT PLANNING
  • Ability to execute the plan.
  • To develop pipeline, co-ordination and execution of plan in assigned product and location (KL & Melaka)
  • Create and enhance values of product, accessories, content and services of products
  • Prepare revenue, pricing and profitability for new products.
MARKET RESEARCH
  • Keep update with the changes of policies for government agencies for example Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, Kementerian Sumber Manusia, Immigration and others.
  • Conduct market research by understanding of market landscape, customer requirement and mapping of competition.
  • Able to identify product gap and business opportunities.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
  • Manage and monitor the progress and performance of project.
  • Made adjustment of the product plan based on result.
  • If there\'s a new product launch, lead and brief to new products.
  • Lead to improvise and development of products.
OPERATION & ADMINISTRATION
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting performance of all products
  • Prepare and circulate information regarding competitors and always provide benchmark against competitor\'s product range line-up.
  • Assist Senior Manager on operation of current business product and liaising with government agencies, bank and others.
