Analyse market trends and recommend improvements to brand strategies.
Implement brand activities and campaigns aligned with business goals.
Understand product positioning and build strong branding to deliver results.
Plan and execute
brand campaigns, social media content, and outlet events
, while coordinating with other departments.
Track product development and ensure
timely new product launches

Assist in preparing the
Annual Strategic Plan and Budget
to support company growth.
Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in FMCG or advertising agency (F&B preferred).
Strong creativity with ability to produce innovative ideas.
Strategic thinker, adaptable, and able to meet changing requirements.
Good teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
Able to prepare
marketing decks and proposals
.
Willing to travel occasionally for outlet visits.
