Supervise the site M&E teams\' setup, monitoring and tracking progress, providing regular updates to Management to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Coordinate M&E design and installation issues on a range of projects to ensure the profitable and safe delivery of projects on time construction work to ensure that it is in line with project quality plans, specifications and the conditions of contract.
Liaise with client, consultants, and subcontractors, including monitoring the progress and following up with sub-contractors on approved work.
Inspect the work and design compliance of M&E subcontractors.

Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years\' experience in building mechanical and electrical works
Sound technical knowledge of building works, mechanical works and electrical works
Well-versed with industry statutory requirements in ensuring compliance.
Hospital M&E works experience added advantage
Willing to be stationed at Kapar, Selangor
