Lead, plan, and supervise the end-to-end execution of the Credit Profile Development Program.
Ensure structured workflows and standardized operating procedures (SOPs) are followed across all recovery operations.
Establish clear targets and performance expectations for the team.
2. Performance Management
Monitor daily and weekly team performance against key metrics (loan conversion, buyer engagement, case recovery rate, etc.).
Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching or corrective actions.
Ensure all team members maintain consistent follow-up discipline with buyers and financial partners.
3. Stakeholder Liaison
Act as the main point of contact between the Mortgage Recovery Team, internal management, and external banking partners.
Collaborate with banks, financial advisors, and credit specialists to resolve buyer challenges such as high DSR, negative CCRIS, or CTOS issues.
Provide feedback and recommendations to management on market trends or buyer financing behaviors.
4. Training & Mentorship
Train and mentor the team on financial assessment tools, buyer communication, and objection handling.
Conduct regular sharing sessions to strengthen team knowledge on banking guidelines, loan products, and credit improvement strategies.
Foster a performance-driven and supportive team environment.
5. Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recovery progress, performance metrics, and loan conversion outcomes.
Analyze data trends to highlight key insights and improvement areas for management.
Track incentive calculations and ensure accuracy in performance recognition.
6. Process Control
Maintain full control over process flows and ensure buyer information confidentiality.
Uphold data accuracy and proper case documentation within the ERP system.
Continuously review and enhance internal processes for efficiency and compliance.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recovery, mortgage advisory, or sales management within property or financial services.
Candidates must have prior experience in the banking or financial institution sector, with a strong background in mortgage lending, credit assessment, or loan recovery.
Proven track record in leading a team and achieving sales or loan recovery targets.
In-depth understanding of loan evaluation, financial ratios (DSR, CCRIS, CTOS), and buyer credit challenges.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement improvement plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM/ERP systems, and report preparation.
