Job Description
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients from various industries. Your role will include overseeing audit processes, managing client relationships, and developing junior team members. Key responsibilities include:
Lead and manage audit engagements
for a range of clients across multiple industries, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with firm standards.Supervise and mentor junior team members
by providing on-the-job training and support, enhancing their technical capabilities and understanding of audit methodology.Manage engagement logistics
, including timely billing, fee recovery, and ensuring compliance with the firm's risk management policies.Build and maintain strong client relationships
, acting as a key point of contact and delivering value-added insights throughout the audit process.Drive team performance
by offering coaching, guidance, and performance feedback, contributing to both team success and individual development.Ensure adherence to professional standards
and policies, delivering audits that meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.Requirements:
Degree in any discipline and/or a Professional qualification or a membership in Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Possess more than 4 years of relevant working experience At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing teams. Willing to work OT during peak season
