Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Supervise and support service crew to maintain excellent customer experience. Handle opening and closing duties, cash management, and daily sales reporting. Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and team coordination. Monitor food and beverage quality, stock levels, and cleanliness standards. Support manager in training new staff, upholding SOPs, and enforcing company policies. Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally. Work closely with kitchen and barista team to ensure service flow is smooth and timely. Assist in operational improvements, cost control, and achieving outlet targets.
