Job Description
Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
- To perform, lead and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance, trouble shooting and corrective maintenance, work order scheduling
- Support entre energy/utilities/facilities engineering function in operation and maintenance
- Monitor closely the electricity and water usage and keep proposing ways to reduce the consumption as well as minimize the overhead costs
- Develop an annual maintenance forecast budget plan to accurately plan expenses and justify the need in readjusting the budget (only if necessary) according to situational needs
- Prepare monthly reports on several defects, rectification and repair status, inventories and work-in-progress records
- Ensure compliance to ISO, OHSA requirement and other related management system adopted by the company
- Lead and carry out the routine inspection and maintenance on centrifugal air compressor and chillers/air dryer/AHU/cooling tower/water treatment/waste water treatment plan
- Familiar with ISO9001/2015
- Have strong leadership and communication skills with ability of multi-tasking
- Computer literate with good report writing and presentation skills
- Age range: 35-40 years old
- Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Min 10 years working experience in engineering utilities

3. To monitor and ensure plant power and gas consumption with in budgeted norms
4. To always strive for new energy saving measures to bring down product conversion cost
5. Undertake any other facilities related duties as may be required from time to time
6. To ensure utility uptime and reliability is not compromised at any point of time
7. Follow right maintenance guideline for plant reliability keep maintenance budget under control
8. To scale up the internal and external customer satisfaction
