Previous customer service or food service experience (if any).

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
Basic food and beverage menu knowledge and POS system familiarity.
Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to handle stress in busy settings.

Tanggungjawab
Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome customers and guide them to their tables.
Take Orders: Accurately take food and drink orders from customers.
Serve Food and Drinks: Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and organized.
Assist Customers: Answer questions about the menu, suggest items, and address customer concerns.
Process Payments: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide change or receipts.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure smooth service.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Monitor guest needs and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience
