Job Description


:

  • Provide full range of general administrative and secretarial support to the Vice President
  • Compile and prepare minutes of meetings, reports and presentations
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or above in a related field
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Preferably have related working experience in relation to administrative matters, minutes writing, student services and planning
