Job Responsibilities:
- Manage order management for replacement and original equiment market
- Allocation of product to all sources of order using agreed business logic in the SAP system. Shipping order printing to facilitate delivery planning
- Reconcillation of open order,billing and pending DO file daily for Supply Chain team
- Daily Report for Pending Order, Open Order, Daily Order
- RDD KPI analysis and improve
- Back Order Analysis
- Minimum in Bachelor in any business/economic related fields
- 10 years working experience in Customer Service field. Had experience in handling & resolving customer complaint and preferably those with SAP, E-Portal & order management background.
- \'Strong interpersonal skills & customer service oriented.
- Good communication & listening skills.
- Attention to details & accuracy.
- Ability to do problem analysis & solving.
- Proficient PC & MS Office skills
- Ability to get along with others and work within a team environment
