We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Assistant Manager - Perk Mobile Sales.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Responsible for all the sales activities at Perk Mobile Sales and to manage the sales force, in order to achieve the assigned team targets and ultimately contributing towards the Mobile Sales bottom line, whilst maintaining his/her own selling/cross-selling skills in order to confidently coach and counsel members of the sales team.
• Develops sales plans which are corresponds to Wealth and Personal Banking business and ensures effective implementation of business strategies to maximize profitability and attainment of strategic and operating objectives.
• Executing growth for Perks at Works portfolio through proper planning, managing, control and execution, this includes the Perks at Work related Sales, Services and Business Development activities as well as ensuring that the bank\xe2\x80\x99s Global standards requirements are being met.
• Coaching and guiding the team members on Acquire and On-board New Customers as well as identify cross sell opportunities based on customer need for new and existing customer, and refers where necessary.
• To actively guiding the team members to refer to wealth and premier segment based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 need.
• Maintain sufficient and effective processes and controls identifying and mitigating risks and ensure timely escalation and resolution of all control issues and reputation risks.

Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a financial institution with relevant experience in managing a sales team
• Good knowledge and experience in Retail Banking Products (ie Mortgages, Cards & Personal Loans)
• At least 1 to 2 years in a sales leadership role managing sales team performance with experience in providing a high service standard.
• Strong problems solving skills is key to the role
• Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
