- To work with Manager to organize, plan and implement the strategy.
- Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources.
- Planning and implementing budgets and production targets.
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
- Create reports, analyses and interpret data, keeping up to date and accurate records.
- Managing any farm diversification activities and supervise the worker daily task.
- Helping with product marketing and selling to a variety of customers.
- Undertaking practical work as necessary depending on the volume of work and size of the farm.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance / Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Plantation and any related to plantation.
- Knowledge in agriculture matters with excellent communication
- Highly motivated, positive and able to adapt effectively to new work and situational challenges
- Willing to work outstation in short notice and to work long hours
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Posses own transport and valid driving license
