-Conducting E-bidding / auction for all categories.
-Coordinate & oversee the entire electronic bidding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify procurement requirements and develop bid specifications.
-Manage the bid documentation including requests for proposals RFP, requests for quotations RFQ, requests for information RFI.
-Evaluating bids and proposals received, analyzing pricing , technical specifications and vendor qualifications.
-Facilitate bid evaluation meetings and provide recommendations for vendor selection and recommend each tender award to determine the best deals for the company.
-Identify IT related sourcing needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements.
-Research potential vendors / services to fulfil IT requirements, considering factors such as quality , cost and reliability.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements with IT vendors, ensuring favorable terms & conditions of the organization.
-Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns that arise during the contract term.
-Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements and market dynamics related to IT sourcing.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the procurement process.
-Conduct risk assessments related to IT sourcing activities and implement risk mitigation strategies as needed.
-Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive procurement related information.
-Execute the PR-PO approval process through ARIBA system.
-Assist in preparation of procurement training, ISO compliance program, roadshow and sharing sessions.
-Manage inquiries and user rapport, and communicate with various parties involved to keep them informed and updated.
-Develop & execute internal & external interdepartmental communication plan and activities.
-Continue to develop and improve the existing processes and SOP with corporate governance.
-Ensure a clear audit trail of activities is maintained with proper filing / record keeping.
-Maintain GENM interests in tender process / tender awards / negotiation process.Job Requirements & Qualifications:-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or a related field.
-Previous experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management with a focus on IT products and services preferred.
-Strong understanding of electronic bidding platforms and procurement processes.
-Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiation.
-Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
-Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
-Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
-Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
-Experienced in planning and executing sourcing plan and large strategic sourcing projects, performing contract development, negotiation & finalization and supplier relationship management activities.
-Proven success in sourcing of materials, equipment and services from local, regional and global suppliers.
-Experienced in planning and executing strategic sourcing initiatives.
