Sales Enablement Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and challenges. Assist to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote and sell EV products. Assist to develop sales presentations, product guides, and FAQs . Customer Engagement Work with CRM / customer engagement team to develop and implement strategies to engage and build relationships with customers. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and future developments. Key Product Launch Member Involve in cross-functional teams involved in product launches. Work closely with launch coordinator, engineers, and executives to ensure a successful and impactful product introduction. Media Relations and Public Relations Support the media relations team in crafting press releases, media kits, and coordinating media interactions. Act as a spokesperson for product-related inquiries and build relationships with key industry journalists and influencers. Collaboration for Sales Improvement Collaborate with the sales department to identify areas for improvement and develop marketing strategies to address challenges. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine marketing initiatives and support sales efforts. Qualifications: Proven experience in product communication, marketing, or public relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with communication tools. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
