Job Description


Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape within the EV industry. Analyze data to inform product development, pricing strategies, and positioning in the market. Product Positioning and Messaging Develop compelling and differentiated positioning for our EV products. Craft clear and persuasive messaging that resonates with target audiences, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our electric vehicles. Go-to-Market Strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and finance, to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Develop product marketing communication plans that Is necessary for product communication with marcom team. Content Creation Support engaging and informative product content, including product collateral, website content, and marketing materials. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging on the product across all channels. Sales Enablement Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and challenges. Assist to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote and sell EV products. Assist to develop sales presentations, product guides, and FAQs . Customer Engagement Work with CRM / customer engagement team to develop and implement strategies to engage and build relationships with customers. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and future developments. Key Product Launch Member Involve in cross-functional teams involved in product launches. Work closely with launch coordinator, engineers, and executives to ensure a successful and impactful product introduction. Media Relations and Public Relations Support the media relations team in crafting press releases, media kits, and coordinating media interactions. Act as a spokesperson for product-related inquiries and build relationships with key industry journalists and influencers. Collaboration for Sales Improvement Collaborate with the sales department to identify areas for improvement and develop marketing strategies to address challenges. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine marketing initiatives and support sales efforts. Qualifications: Proven experience in product communication, marketing, or public relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with communication tools. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
