Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Execute product initiatives in alignment with the Director's
strategic frameworks, scientific direction, and innovation roadmap
Leadend-to-end product development and execution
, coordinating across OEMs, regulatory consultants, designers, packaging suppliers, procurement, finance, marketing, and operations Manageproject timelines, deliverables, risks, and cross-department dependencies
to ensure on-time and compliant launches Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensureingredient compliance, label accuracy, claims substantiation, and documentation readiness
Support marketing and training teams withscience-backed claim validation, product narratives, and educational content
Ensure strong alignment betweenscientific rationale, regulatory compliance, product claims, training materials, and marketing communication
Develop and maintainproduct documentation
, including formulation rationale, claims matrix, training decks, FAQs, and internal references Provideongoing product support
to internal teams and distributors, including product inquiries, marketing materials, training sessions, and issue resolution Support post-launch review, feedback collection, and data-driven product improvementsIdeal Profile
Bachelor's degree in
Nutrition, Pharmacy, Dietetics
, or related biomedical/health sciences Minimum5 years of experience
in product development withinsupplements, FMCG, wellness, or skincare
industries Strong capability inend-to-end product execution
andcross-functional project management
Solid understanding ofscience-based formulation, regulatory compliance, and claims substantiation
Able totranslate complex scientific concepts into clear, market-ready content
for marketing, training, and sales teams Highlyorganized, proactive, and detail-oriented
, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communicator and stakeholder manager Proficient inEnglish and Mandarin
