About You You will be responsible to support the Property Department in handling administrative task, coordinating with all inter-departments and business units on the master list status compilation, tracking payments, generating monthly reports andother documents as necessary, upkeep on records, fulfillment of all type of business properties operated by CARSOME. Your-Day-to-Day To supervise and guide the team members on daily scope related to Leasing, Facility Management and Security Dept Generating PR and monitoring monthly compilations of Finance related reports for all properties payments Master list Control & Updates on any Properties Movement & Changes with detailed info as per Legal contracts Insurance related Master List control (liaison with brokers and internal departments) Utilities related Master List control (liaison with Finance Department to ensure no outstanding bills and disruptions to operations) Liaison with business units and vendors on services related items To arrange for pantry orders with vendors for all CARSOME properties To attend to any new or ad-hoc request for the properties Your-Know-How Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or professional certificate At least 5 year(s) of working experience in property and facility management or relevant field specifically correspondence and administrative scope, finance related system knowledge will be added advantage Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments Required Skill(s): Word, Excel, Power Point Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
