Job Description

Responsible to plan and design short/ mid-term radio planning & quality network, as well as to develop and manage resource plan and project tracker to support the extensive rollout of the network. The role will actively collaborate with the Network Deployment, Commercial and Regulatory teams to support and achieve DNB\'s goals. Responsibilities Responsible to manage RAN related activities in the Eastern & East Malaysia region Manage and execute short/ mid-term RF coverage capacity planning using Planning simulation tools Work closely with Vendor and Contractor on Sites Design & Planning, reviewing Planning reports and documents. Work with the Network Deployment team to support extensively with Sites Selection, Site Planning progress and manage related Site Change Request (CR) Work with the Regulatory team to support MCMC, Government agencies and MNOs requests & regular meetings Work with Commercials & Enterprise team to support Private Network, Corporate & Official events Review planning tool simulation results and provide the necessary guidance for improvements Dimension traffic and capacity based on forecasted requirements Track project dashboard and update the Management team regularly Knowledge & Experience Strong technology planning and engineering skills, including planning tools such as Atoll, QGis, MapInfo Advance RF planning skills and knowledge in RF site design, link budget and RAN equipment Professional attitude and approach with good presentation skills Good in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent Minimum 5 years\' experience in the ICT or Telecommunications industry Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
