Administrative task for reports and tracking
2. Initiate recruitment activities through out all agency and branches.
3. Monitoring and tracking activities conducted by each agency group.
4. Assist on logistic task on recruitment activitiesPURPOSETo act as the Assistant Manager report to Head Of Recruitment.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Responsible for accountable for recruitment performance on budgeted production / recruitment numbers.2. Implementing strategies & activities to achieve the department and company objectives in recruiting new agents.3. Conduct meeting, training to agency force and reviews if needed.4. Participate in seminars, workshop, clinics, BOP and forum to cater needs arising from the agents5. Monitor and track recruitment performance for all agency leaders.6. To provide assistance to all logistics matters when organizing any company event. Such as raised PO, processing all payments and deal with vendors.7. Implement productive activities, coordinate and communicate on effective introduction and launching of products, marketing activities, promotions and recruitment campaign.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS1.
