Our client is a multinational company involved in manufacturing of office furniture. They are looking for a Technical/R&D Assistant Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible to:
- Responsible to oversee and involve in the development of product.
- Implementation and maintenance of technological systems and processes.
- Troubleshooting any potential issues related to products.
- Responsible for making key decisions related to continuous improvement of products.
- Managing the teams to achieve department objectives & target.
- The roles also are regulatory, operational and commercial.
- Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering, Product Design or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D or technical engineering
- Good communication (oral and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Able to speak and read in Japanese will be added advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Familiar with SolidWorks software will be added advantage.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
