Your New Company
Our client is a multinational company involved in manufacturing of office furniture. They are looking for a Technical/R&D Assistant Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible to:

  • Responsible to oversee and involve in the development of product.
  • Implementation and maintenance of technological systems and processes.
  • Troubleshooting any potential issues related to products.
  • Responsible for making key decisions related to continuous improvement of products.
  • Managing the teams to achieve department objectives & target.
  • The roles also are regulatory, operational and commercial.
You will be required to have:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering, Product Design or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D or technical engineering
  • Good communication (oral and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Able to speak and read in Japanese will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software
  • Familiar with SolidWorks software will be added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
