Manage and grow relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, group planners, and travel industry partners.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure consistent service delivery and brand alignment.
Analyze competitor performance and market dynamics to continuously adapt sales strategies.
Oversee the preparation of detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership.
Lead the planning and execution of high-impact sales events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
Extensive experience in hotel sales or hospitality management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage large accounts, and develop successful sales strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and market insight.
Proficiency in hotel management software, CRM tools, and booking platforms.
