We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Industrial Sales team in Petaling Jaya. The role involves promoting valve products to corporate clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal and overseas teams. This position suits someone with technical understanding and experience in corporate/industrial sales who enjoys both client engagement and hands-on project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Propose and promote valve products and related equipment to corporate clients in industries such as plant engineering, manufacturing, and construction.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and by providing technical and specification-related support.
Develop new customers, including trading companies, engineering firms, and end users.
Prepare quotations, conduct price negotiations, and follow up from order placement to delivery for customers, including distributors.
Conduct market and competitor research and formulate and implement sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, logistics, accounting, etc.) and with the headquarters' international business division.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field (such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering), or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Practical experience in corporate sales (preferably in the industrial products field).
Candidates with basic knowledge of valves, piping equipment, or process equipment are welcome.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
