• We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Assistant Manager - SEA Strategic Collections to lead and support our Order To Cash (OTC) Regional team in achieving monthly collection targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• As the Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in maximizing the conversion of receivables into cash for the business while ensuring adherence to Grab\'s policies and processes.
• As an Assistant Manager - SEA Strategic Collections, you will be part of an exciting journey across multiple ASEAN countries where Grab operates, contributing significantly to the success of our Order To Cash team.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

• You will supervise and support the collections team, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• You will develop and implement effective collection strategies, monitoring their performance for continuous improvement.
• You will work closely with the Collections Manager to set and achieve collection targets.
• You will handle escalated collection issues, maintaining positive relationships with key customers.
• You will prepare regular reports on collection activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• You will continuously evaluate and improve collection processes, implementing innovative solutions for enhanced efficiency.
• You will collaborate with other departments, communicating effectively about collection activities and performance.

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You will Need

• At least 3 years of experience in collections or credit management
• Prior experience in supervisory role will be preferred.
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with the Oracle Financials Cloud system would be beneficial
• Experience in data visualization tool, such as PowerBI will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
