Job Title: Continuous Improvement & Lean Six Sigma Assistant Manager - SEA This role will be a regional role where you are the continuous improvement lead for multiple sites in the region. You will supporting the LSS & CI Manager in establishing the foundation for Lean Six Sigma and supervising the execution of this methodology towards the site finally achieving the status of a matured Lean organization. You will be reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Main Responsibilities Supporting LSS & CI Manager in develop and implement a 5-year Lean Six Sigma mission plan to achieve matured site status, establishing CI leads for each site. Execute annual Lean Six Sigma training plans, promoting certification of Belt-trained employees (White, Yellow, Green, and Black Belts) to enhance organizational excellence and operational efficiency. Promote the utilization of \'Keto\' project management as the tool to manage continuous improvement projects. Supporting LSS & CI Manager to mentor project leaders on their projects across sites. Spearhead and identify yearly site projects with high impact on cost and process improvements and ensuring the successful execution of these projects promptly. Promote continuous improvement culture through annual team Value Stream Mapping sessions, Best Practice Sharing among SEA sites, and Kaizen activities with shopfloor personnel to cultivate the CI culture across the organization. Conduct yearly assessments on-site to track progress towards achieving matured Lean plant status. Qualifications You should possess a diploma / bachelor\'s degree in any engineering, management or manufacturing discipline. You need to be at minimum Six Sigma Green belt certified, Black bell certified will add advantage. Experience in supporting multi-sites LSS deployment and driving Lean Six Sigma projects. Experience in developing employee training programs of multi nation and culture. A Train The Trainer (T-T-T) certificate will be an added advantage. Knowledge in Keto project will be an added advantage.
