Job Description


Job Responsibility Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the client and the internal team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs. Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality services, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients or new prospects. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing products or services and addressing client needs. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize sales and profitability. Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (such as production, marketing, and managemengt) to ensure the successful delivery of products or services. Timely Delivery: Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges. Client Needs Analysis: Conduct analysis of client needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies and offerings. Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively. Adaptability: Navigate challenges and adapt strategies to changing market conditions or client requirements. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Training and Support: Provide support and guidance to the sales and account servicing teams. Target Achievement: Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Job Requirements A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is typically preferred. Several years of relevant experience in account management, client servicing, or sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry. Experience managing accounts for events of various scales and types. Understanding of the event planning and management industry, including knowledge of current trends, suppliers, and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors. Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals. Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Ability to understand client needs, expectations, and provide tailored solutions. Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure new business and upsell services to existing clients. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Proficient project management skills to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including event planners, marketing, production, and logistics. Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team towards successful project outcomes. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the planning and execution of events. Adaptability to handle unexpected situations and find creative solutions. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that events are executed flawlessly and meet or exceed client expectations. Strong networking skills to build and expand relationships with clients, industry partners, and suppliers. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management, communication, and presentations. The ability to adapt to changing priorities, client preferences, and industry trends.
