Nature & Scope

i) Reports

a) Assist in preparing monthly management report and other ad-hoc reports from time to time

b) Sales analysis

c) Analysis of staff claim

ii) Invoice verification & reconciliation

a) Perform invoice verification in SAP system for CISB/JT invoices

b) Perform inter-co reconciliation.

c) Perform SAP MIRO for Kimgres trade payables - CISB/JT

iii) Cash account/float

a) Reconcile the PJ and all branch petty cash balances with the cash control a/c in the GL.

b) Verify the daily cash collections from PJ showroom retail sales

c) Bank in the cash collected from showroom sales promptly if amount exceeded the limit.

iv) Process all staff claims and petty cash payments

v) Verify and check payment vouchers and supporting documents prepared by accounts staff.

vi) Prepare journal entries for posting to SAP.

vii) Admin: Apply sales license, trading licence, company cars road tax etc.

viii) Others

a) Report and alert superior any discrepancies or unusual transactions.

b) Other ad-hoc assignments that may arise from time to time

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.

Computer literate and familiar with accounting software preferably SAP would be

advantageous

Processing payments and verification, oversees AP/AR/GL and financial management

reporting

Minimum 3 years working experience

Able to work independently with minimal supervision, attention to detail and good

team player.

Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
