Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering & Technical Duties

Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of electronic systems and components, including IoT solutions and access pump systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic or electrical issues - microcontroller Ensure all engineering projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Management & Coordination

Assist the Director in daily operations, project planning, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA/QC, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare reports, proposals, and improvement plans for management review. Support team performance management, training, and development.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all products and processes meet company quality standards. Assist in audits, documentation, and regulatory compliance activities. Implement corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformities.

Communication & Reporting

Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders on technical matters. Provide regular updates to management on project status and team performance. Suggest improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience. Strong technical knowledge of electronic systems, circuits, and troubleshooting.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
