Reference Code 0602-84366 Duties and responsibilities This position supports the Management Team Finance, Controlling and IT Asia Pacific in contributing to both the strategic positioning within the region and top-level decision-making. General responsibilities includes developing and implementing plans, policies and procedures and lead and/or assist in developing Accounting and Treasury Team in the Region. This position is mainly responsible for the control and coordination of treasury activities in Asia Pacific with close liaison with Head Office and working within the respective countries regulatory and tax framework and B Braun Group Guidelines. This position also provides support in safeguarding the assets of companies in Asia Pacific. Core functions include i)Cash Management for cash optimization. ii) Financial Risk Management namely but not limited to Foreign Exchange Management by minimizing or eliminating foreign exchange exposure risk. iii) providing support in Corporate Funding by providing analysis and proposals for methods and sources of funding, best possible capital structure for Asia Pacific companies and negotiating terms and conditions with banks. iv) managing bank relationship. v) providing advice, develop policies and guidelines for overall treasury management , define reporting requirements and format and consolidate Asia Pacific reporting. Professional competencies Bachelor\'s degree in Finance and/or Accounting or equivalent. At least 3 years experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance Functions. Good knowledge and understanding of treasury principles, theory and concepts. Experience in hands-on practical approach to treasury management. Knowledge of financial instruments, taxes and foreign exchange controls is an advantage.
