  • Preferably 3 year(s) of working experience in the administrative or customer service or related field is a must.
  • Leadership and management skills, Problem-solving skills, Negotiation skills, Good communication skills, Time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel (Computer literate).
Tanggungjawab
  • Supervise the daily operations of the office.
  • Train the team members and guide them to perform their job scope and responsibilities.
  • Setting KPI for team members and helping and guiding them to achieve the KPI.
  • Developing strong and good relationships with cross-functional teams, departments and customers.
  • Provide efficient and good customer service and support to team members.
  • Maintain the company\'s policies and procedures manuals.
  • Others related tasks and jobs.
