Monitor Social Media contents and work closely with Digital Experience Team.
Knowledge and ability to plan, organize mall\'s Social Media plans, campaigns & events.
Must be able to troubleshoot and solve problems in the best interest of malls.
Job Responsibilities:Social Media
To be the key liason with Digital Experience Team to plan and coordinate on contents, live recording, feed posting and etc.
Collaborate across departments to create a holistic, on brand social program that engages audiences.
Manage social channels around important announcements and issues of IOI Mall Damansara.
Adhere to Social Media policy that is maintained by the company and make sure it has communicated throughout.
To analyze and propose ideas or strategy to increase Website page views and followers of Social Media pages.
Collaborate closely with the Designer to create engaging and high quality content that supports company\'s vision and the content team to maintain consistency of tone in Social channels.
Partner with Customer Service Team to create processes around customer service inquiries via Social Media.
To study and understands market trends & competitors\' directions and to ensure all Marketing contents planned are abreast to market needs and change.
Compile promotions, activities, events and campaigns details from tenants and non-tenants for Website and Social Media pages.
To seek sponsorship or partnership for campaigns & contents planned.
Public Relations
To build good Media relation and cultivate new media contacts within the business and industry.
To assist in copywriting of Events, Campaigns and Promotions of the mall.
To assist in preparing speeches for VIP events.
To assist in Protocol arrangement for VIP events.
To manage Commercial Photoshooting and Videoshooting by third parties.
Administrative Duties
To prepare weekly Social Media report.
Monitor and compile press coverage of the mall and competitors.
To maintain and upkeep an inventory of all Social Media materials.
Proper documentations of Social Media and Public Relations.
Other Duties
To work closely with and support team members on all Events & Campaigns.
To continuously contribute ideas for Events, Campaigns and Public Relations via brainstorming and creative thinking.
Perform and execute any other duties assigned that may be deemed appropriate to this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Public Relations or Marketing or Mass Communications or equivalent.
Minimum seven (07) years of related work experience.
Must possessed own transport and willing to work in Kota Damansara
Competent in marketing malls.
Demonstrate leadership skills.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to engage and build communities.
Fluency with core Social Media platforms with an understanding of the latest Social Media trends and strategies.
