Possess Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Administration & equivalent
Have minimum 7 years in Human Resource specialize in Talent Acquisition role
Proven experience as a talent acquisition practitioner
Strong team player with hands-on style to deliver practical and effective solutions
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of various means of sourcing and recruitment strategies
Excellent communicator and brand ambassador

Position Summary
Capable to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We\'re seeking a talent acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, more than 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company\'s current and future hiring needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies, develop written job description and requirements
Manage vendors and agencies to gain external support for sourcing needs
Spearhead innovative and creative ways for employer branding activities
Organise and spearhead social events; attend career fairs, networking events, etc.
Determine selection criteria
Identify recruitment channels and source potential candidates through the channels
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
Follow up with candidates and hiring manager to obtain feedback on both the recruiting process and candidate job IT.
Manage offer process and conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates
Conduct exit interviews with outgoing employees
Support and execute employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time
